Yu embarked on his culinary journey since 2002, immersing himself in the vibrant world of Vietnamese flavors at a well known Vietnamese restaurant Lele. Over the years, he not only honed his skills but also took on managerial responsibilities, ensuring a seamless blend of culinary excellence and efficient operation.
